Matt Syverson, CFP®
Matt is the founder and principal of Syverson & Company, LLC. He encourages his clients to become good stewards of the financial resources they are provided and delights in his client's progress toward and achievement of sound stewardship principles. In addition, he offers creative ways for the client to support their charities of choice through philanthropic planning, and to leave a legacy to their family through meaningful estate planning strategies.

Matt received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, with Honors, from the University of Iowa in 1995. Therefore, he has the ability to assimilate your beliefs, behaviors and desires surrounding money into the process of financial planning. Then, he weaves them together with the appropriate mathematical, estate planning and taxation considerations for your personalized success.
He lives in Olathe with wife Tammy and three daughters.

Ambra Leibach, IAR
Ambra is a Registered ParaplannerSM with Syverson & Company, LLC. She holds the FINRA Series 65 securities license as an Investment Adviser Representative. Ambra graduated from Kansas State University in May of 2008 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Family Studies and Human Services, majoring in Personal Financial Planning and minoring in Business Administration. Ambra lives in Overland Park with her husband Dustin. As a Kansas City native, she enjoys eating barbeque and spending time with her family.

Kristalynn Redstone
Kristalynn Redstone is the Relationship Manager for Syverson & Company, LLC. While Kristalynn has spent most of her career helping institutions set up financial programs for their employees, she is currently helping Syverson & Company, LLC with client support, follow-up and scheduling. Her background includes work in the banking and finance industry as well as with non-profit organizations.
Originally from South Dakota, Kristalynn attended Baylor University in Waco, Texas. After school she worked in Dallas at Texas Commerce Bank for 4 years before moving to Kansas City to take a position with American Century Investments. She was there for 7 years as a 401k sales manager, client services manager, and a wholesaler to financial planners.
After choosing to stay home and build a family, she became involved with and later led a local chapter of MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers), a non-profit organization that encourages and supports mothers of infants through kindergarten-age children. She currently serves on the board of Newborns In Need, a national non-profit organization that serves premature, sick and underprivileged babies and their families in the local community.
Kristalynn, and her husband Troy, have two active children in elementary school. They live in south Overland Park and attend Covenant Chapel Church.
